Highlighted Projects:

Berkley Heights YMCA – Berkley Heights, NJ

New-construction, 11,120 sqft outdoor pool with 50m and 25yd course with an integral dive well.  Stainless steel gutter overflow with adjacent beach entry leisure pool.  Built in 2020 as a full design/build project. 

Queen Anne’s YMCA – Centreville, Md

Another design/build project.  This pool facility features a 4,109 sq ft pool with a rollout stainless steel overflow gutter with an integral Paddock Evacuator chloramine source capture system.  A 25-yard 6 lane lap course and attached shallow water leisure area. Project completion 2023.

North Penn YMCA – Lansdale, Pa

This facility features two pools, a 25y 3,453 sq ft lap pool with rollout stainless steel gutter design and a 3,150 sq ft indoor leisure pool also utilizing the zero deck to water rollout gutter design, with various water features and a small lazy river.  A 120 sq ft spa was included as well.  This was a design/assist project with Atlantic Aquatic Engineering.
